Pros Value for money and close to Winter Gardens . The WiFi much improved from last year Cons No bedside lights despite having one on the wall . Very large hard pillows . No black out curtain liners . Shower drains could do with clearing as very slow drainage . Almost a bath for your feet ! Don’t think it’s been re decorated pre 2013 like the FSA rating 2013 and they don’t do food .

no hot water

Did not sleep at all. Bed was not comfortable. The walls are paper thin. Fighting in the room next door. Did not feel safe at all. No one ever on desk. Will never go back.

Excellent comfy bed. Friendly greeting from the host. The room was compact but had everything required for a comfortable short stay. Convenient for the Winter Gardens and a short walk from the beach. Bargain price.

Bad experience, the room is too small for 4 people, not even have a chair, not clean, beds are too old and the mattress are old and uncomfortable, can’t sleep well. The bathroom are extremely small and have no lock or wall hanger. Never coming back again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Showers were BOILING hot the first day so we couldn’t shower. They called a handyman who basically just turned the hot water off. We went down and told the staff again and he apparently called the handyman again to come back and did absolutely nothing so we took cold showers all 6 days were there. Thanks for nothing!!

Very convenient for winter Gardens . Good value for money did struggle to get the WiFi working and shower could do with an upgrade
