Mainly, Mr. Reda is a good person in providing service, and Ragib is a friendly and kind person.

Utamanya, Pak Reda orangnya baik dalam memberikan pelayanan, dan Ragib orangnya ramah dan baik.

I stayed 3 nights, and the cleaning service on the 9th floor gave good service. I will recommend my friends to stay there.

The hotel staff were very friendly, especially "Mahin." They were very helpful during check-in and check-out, and the service was excellent.
