Great stay, occasional noise from other guest but other than that the stay was fine. Clean.

It was terrible for us.We felt unsafe with the children.It is a house with people that stay with rent in an unsafe area.Don’t go there.

I was scammed. Was told that the room WASNT available AFTER i had given them my card info. I was referred to Expedia and kept getting hung up on. DO NOT trust this location. The man who called me had a thick accent.

Very old property, can smell oldness in every breath. Not felt a safe place / neighborhood for new comer. Moved out to another place. Do not recommend.

Unsafe neighborhood. Cook smell was all over the house and you can hear other people's discussions from your own room. Lightning was not good. Scary people standing in the doorway. Parking was not always available in the driveway

No air conditioning, no fan. It’s shame Expedia listed this hotel

A little pricey but everything was ok.

The property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight. An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient. An Uber would have cost $140 instead. At night, however, I preferred taking the bus to Newark airport instead and then an uber to the property.

This Stay is Nice for those who want to stay at Newark NJ, I like the gesture of the Owner and he is so helpful. Their rooms are neat and clean

Well keep and clean accommodations, all amenities work well. Only issue was tenant removed my personal items from refrigerator. Definitely recommend the place.

We even could not open the door, and trying to comunícate with them but nothing happened so we had to go back to our house.

I like the open format of the house, and everything is clean. Would rent again if I am a solo traveller in the area.
