Check in with the building is Horrible. It took over 35 mins to check in and the desk had a line of 20 mins most of the time. It was impossible to speak with building representative in under 20 mins. Our host was amazing. The buildings service is terrible.

Don’t stay here. They don’t disclose excessive cleaning fees. Kick them off your platform Expedia.
