1. The location is quite far from the nearest city +- 2 hours. 2. Human service is good. The hotel does not provide activities outside the hotel. 3. Facilities in one of the bedrooms: speakers, window glass, aluminum doors, and Bluetooth are broken. Capacity for 8 people with a bathroom water heater for only 4 people. Not friendly for the elderly because the distance between the lobby and the room must climb quite a lot of stairs. The entrance to the location is still macadam into the campsite. 4. Room cleanliness is not well taken care of. 5. We ordered suki for dinner, but there was no picture on the menu. Suki only sent noodles and mushrooms after we asked, then sent a set of fish ball packages. The mushrooms were also not ready to cook.

The facilities were fine and the foods for the grill were very decent. Its about 10 minutes walking to the Kawah Ijen entrance. Only the pathway to the entrance was very hard to get through by motor, as it was rocky. Also the shower is not hot long enough for two persons. Overall very good stay and excellent location.

with the easy order using the online order the restore to need to think like other apps when the restorant is close then the order booking also freezee to eliminate customer ordering food online but the restaurant is not open.

The location is very close to the Paltuding checkpoint for the Ijen Crater climb. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although small. The only thing that needs improvement is the access road to the parking lot: it's still a rocky road and not yet paved. Improvements are needed in the future.

MasyaAllah, the sunset view with Mount Ijen is really beautiful, I can't say anything, the facilities are really good, it's just the road here, we checked in at 9 pm, the trip was exciting but scary because our car was alone from the bottom to the top with a very winding road
