It's a nice place. It's all white and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's by the water which made it very pleasant. The room was very large and the bathroom was modern and very large as well. The food was good, exotic of course and I liked it. However, the bed was a little too firm for me and the television stations were all Japanese. Also, one of the neighbors had a rooster. Besides that, it was good hotel.

These people are soooo friendly, grom the manager to Evertons really. Some dont sprak english and still No problem, they always Find a way to help! Good rooms, big and clean. Overall a pleasure to stay here!

Newish hotel, not too far away from main street in Koror. Walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and very close to L'Amereta Gelato shop! The hotel itself was very clean, and had a great ocean view breakfast area on the 3rd floor. Flora especilaly, and the other front desk service attendants were very helpful and kind. The hotel provides free water for the first day, but on subsequent days you can fill up for free in the lobby. You can also borrow beach towels for free in the lobby. The only issue we had was with wi-fi in the rooms. The hotel advertises free wi-fi but only in the lobby area. If you want wi-fi in your room you will need to purchase a $5 prepaid card which is good for 2 nights. The general internet connection in Palau is quite poor, but has improved greatly since we were last here a few years ago. Wife and I were diving most days, and it was conveniently close to all our dive shop operators who would pick us up without a hitch.

Our stay was amazing. Anything we requested they tried to help. Staff helped to book best tours and we got great days staying. We like the hotel is clean and staff are very helpful.

Almost brand new and well maintained, this hotel is off the busy main road but still within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, The bonus is that you are right on the water - get an ocean-view room if you can. My two highlights: The staff is always ready to go the extra mile and make your stay perfect. They spent significant time finding the tour to the South Rock Islands for me, and organized everything. Great service! The rooftop restaurant is a great place to watch sunset and relax. Few places in Koror offer a better view!

Bath tub shower hose too short to reach holder and nothing to retain water. Window with blinds into bedroom??? Wierd because you can still see in to person sitting on toilet.

Clean and efficient. Staff were friendly but not accommodating. Would only allow me to check in one hour early (2pm) and if I checked out after noon it would be a 1/2 day charge. Skip breakfast...but the views from the restaurant are fantastic. Free wifi in lobby. Room is very big and clean.

This new hotel is very nice indeed. It is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor, outdoor covered space with view of the bay/lagoon. The staff was most welcoming and accommodating. They even provided me with complimentary transport to shopping and to the airport. They would like to have more divers stay with them and would provide transport to the dive shops or live aboards. I was very pleased and glad I stayed at this hotel. Great Experience.

Location is in seaside, nice view with a balcony, about 10 mins to the center by foot. The staff is friendly and helpful, only a bit noise at night cuz lots ppl stay in outside yard, chatting and drinking till late, that might be quite effect your sleeping.

朝食があまりおいしくない。フルーツの切り口がパサついていて残り物のようだった。 海用のタオルの交換もしてくれて親切だった。 ドアを開けたままにしていたりマナーが悪い客がいた。

3月下旬入学住酒店,　酒店人員非常識親切。手工水餃非常美味。石斑魚也絶好。脚破了貼了酒店的創可貼行動自己如! 謝謝!!!
