Very spacious, handy location, clean and tidy, good car parking

Tv not working in my room was moved to another room but room stunk of fish and chips Shower had mould and also by shower Good service from the young man who moved me to my room no complaints there at all Very polite and helpful

Be prepared: there is no reception at this location. You have to pick up keys a few blocks away. We stayed two non-consecutive nights. First night was quiet. Second night there was some sort of alarm next door that did not stop. We suspect that somebody lives there semi permanently.

Was really good, No toilet paper though, i used to the toilet and had to go straight into the shower, air con unit was also only blowing cool air, couldnt get it to blow warm air, otherwise everything else was good

We didn’t read the fine print. There is no reception desk at this property and you have to drive a few blocks to get your keys at another property.

Hangy to the rugby field

Got given an accessible room, which is fine if that is all that was available. The room is large and perfect for an accessible person. My issue was the shower. Accessible seat wouldn’t stay lifted to allow more room in the shower for a non-accessible person and the tiles were really slippery in the shower.

Nice to be on the lakeside. The room was quiet but not like a studio room which we’d booked. It was long and only had the front doors as a window. Restaurant was great, the food excellent and the staff fabulous

Check in was terrible, at different site and not professional at all, key cards given were loaded and didn't work so had to go back to other site,

Needed to locate external address to check in and check out. Inconvenient. Found an ant infestation on the kitchen tables and countertops in the morning.

Could hear the neighbours talking clearly next door

I could not sleep because of the nosie from the road. You can hear people in next room talking all night about to fun but she said no because every room would hear. The shower head was leaking water. Single bed best to sleep on. The key was off site 3kms way. No office on site. It was like stay at apartment building not motel. Not enough parking people staying there. No sky tv. Second worst in Hamilton stayed at. The room set out like apartment room.

Was a lovely spacious room with full facilities, comfy bed. The only negative was the bathroom floor being very slippery after a shower. But otherwise a lovely place to stay

Great facilities..safe and clean...a little noisy on amain road but manageable with windows shut...great service and daily house keeping..dishwasher microwave and cooking facilities....awesome shower
