Suddenly the power went out, then the agent called repeatedly but didn't pick up and there was no response at all, it had been out for an hour, when we asked the receptionist she said she called the agent, slow response handling, we were already hot because the agent who was handling it didn't respond at all to calls and chats.

My stay at Delft Apartment in Makassar was a very pleasant experience. While contactless, the digital service was efficient and responsive. The location was excellent, and the best part was the ability to enjoy the sea breeze from the easily accessible balconies. The apartment itself was clean, with a stylish and well-designed interior. Although the unit was not directly on the beachfront, the balcony access and fresh sea air made up for it. I would definitely recommend Delft Apartment as a great alternative accommodation option in Makassar.

Strategic location, clean unit/room, there is a kitchen and equipment. It's just that when checking in, it took too long to wait for someone to deliver the card/room key, waiting for about 2 hours before they found it. Advice for the host, just put the key in the popbox/safety box there so that it can be taken by the guest who has the code.

The room is very nice, but it seems like the sheets haven't been changed because the pillows smell of drool. The facilities are complete. Oh yeah, if I may suggest, you can add an iron because we usually want to iron clothes or headscarves.
