The air conditioning was not working on the second floor. We had to change rooms due to a tub leak and a strong smell of mildew the second day. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very kind and responsive.

The people in the reception were very helpful specially Navjot and Navdeep were very helpful, not just check-in or checkout, but also giving directions to spot and his behaviour is really very polite and good.

Amazing. Modern. Clean. Staff all friendly. Check in was all electronic by email. The kids loved the bunk beds. The TV was good - could watch netflix. Coffee/tea facilities. Beds comfy and nice bathroom. Location was good. Bus stop right outside for the airport. The buses weren't very reliable so be aware. Only downside is there wasn't anywhere local really for food. I did find a subway that delivered. On site restaurant which was pricey however the breakfast looked a reasonable option.

Good choice for travel as all night check-in, which is not the case for many places. The room was 26 Celsius all night, despite trying to turn the thermostat differently no window to be opened. Made it very uncomfortable. That was our only complaint. Average non-fancy room good for just a quick overnight stay while traveling wouldn’t stay here for a long period of time though as out by airport and no amenities

Very convenient to Heathrow. Google maps recommendation was to bus from terminal two and transfer but we found it more convenient to take the train to terminal five and then it was a short bus ride. Bus stop to and from the airport is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Unfortunately the air-conditioning wasn’t working and it was 30°C in our rooms. The check-in staff should have told us rather than us having to go back down to reception, find fans, and then change rooms late at night. If they had rooms with working AC, why weren’t we given those to start? Once we changed rooms everything was fine again. Assuming they worked out the temperature problems I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Room clean, check-in good, air conditioning was not working - room was very hot. We were offered free breakfast in compensation. Breakfast was excellent.

Lean and quiet

We were delayed and got in very late. Breakfast that morning, the attendant was very accommodating and even brought food out for us after closing time out of compassion for our kids. Room was clean and everything expected. Kids loved the bunk beds.

Take the 703 from the airport. Stops right at the door to and from terminal 5.

A popular hotel for travellers as it is located a short distance from Heathrow Airport. Recently refurbished - and taking into consideration its location and the well equipped clean and functional rooms, the tariff is very competitive. Staff friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast typical for a short-stay hotel and good value.

Room was quite, definitely can't hear planes flying over. But it was far too hot and the Aircon controls didn't seem to do anything. Bed was big but not all the comfy, scratchy sheets and tiny pillows. Breakfast was ok, but didn't seem to be enough tables for the number of rooms in the hotel.

The major issue was air conditioning not working in one of the rooms at all and barely working in another. we couldn't get either room below 23.5 and one room was at 25 degrees . Far too hot to sleep

Ideal stopover for T5, plus the kids loved the bunk beds.

One night stay, great location with parking for extra charge. Family room was nice, beds very comfortable. Only issues were the bath and toilet had some staining, and one of the quilts had a stain underneath the cover. The hotel in general was clean and pleasant. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. No vegetarian sausage but other options available such as beans, mushrooms, hash browns, cereal, soya milk etc. We all enjoyed the breakfast selection and were pleased overall with our stay, and would stay again.

Clean room and easy check in

Affordable rate but you get what you paid for. It fits perfectly if you need a place to stay before your early flight next morning. Very close to the Heathrow.
