The first-floor rooms lack privacy. The shower area is outside, and the top is open, visible to the occupants of the upstairs rooms. This makes the room a bit uncomfortable, even though it's neat and clean. A canopy could be improved to provide greater security for guests. Thank you.

The room was quite large and comfortable. So far so good, but the service was very lacking. All the staff were indifferent, showing no concern for assistance or anything. Just check in and that's it. No asking for help, no further information. We had to ask and do everything ourselves.

The location is near Ciputra Mall through the back door, walkable, not too far. The room is nice, clean, the bedcover smells good. Everything is white and gray so if it's dirty it's visible. It's also aesthetically pleasing, although simple. There's a bathtub, 4 pillows provided, free refill drinking water. There's no refrigerator, hair dryer, or hotel slippers. Amenities are just toothbrushes and toothpaste. Joined the cafe, the food is okay and plentiful. For the taste, I only ordered noodles and fried rice, the taste is standard food, but the chef is good. Standard cafe prices. This is my first time writing a review of this hotel. Thank you, I slept comfortably.

The place is very comfortable and pet friendly.

The check in/check out process is really fast and not complicated. It's just that the bathtub faucet in 117 doesn't turn on so you have to fill the water with the shower huhu. But it's okay, I'm still happy.

The food is delicious, the AC is cold, the lighting is ok and everything is good.

One of the few truly pet-friendly hotels in Jakarta providing genuine hospitality to both me and my 2 furbabies. We had to stay longer than expected and the level of service never dropped. The area is at a dead end within a housing complex, so it’s safe and easy to walk the dogs.

Very good place to stay, the room is clean, food from the restaurant was delicious. Water is free from the dispenser. Overall experience 10/10

Just a stopover for a day

The room is clean and comfortable, the only downside is that the Wi-Fi signal is not good and the admin doesn't respond to chats.

Strategic location, clean rooms and cold AC, nice

It's all white, but some of the corridors are unkempt. And trash cans are hard to find. In my experience, it's been used too often as a photo spot for online shop catalogs and pre-wedding photos. It's less than comfortable.

Delicious food, very comfortable place

The room is nice and clean, cool and not noisy, close to everywhere. The downside is that the wifi is unstable, I stayed for two nights and didn't get a toothbrush or toothpaste -_-

All things good and want to go back again

The staff was no less than welcoming and took a long time to handle the problem. The water heater wasn't working; it should have been checked before guests arrived.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the incline and stairs at the front door, which isn't ideal for those bringing a lot of luggage. Otherwise, I was very satisfied :) I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
