Staff is not friendly shower already broken blaming us. Too bad

Very disappointed, it doesn't match the photo in the application. The room is ugly, smells of cigarettes, Jember is dirty, the mattress is itchy, there are cockroaches too. There is cigarette ash in the drawer. The water in the bathroom is also dirty. I swear I will never stay here again. I booked 2 nights, only slept for one night, tomorrow morning I was immediately CO, couldn't sleep

I Booked This Room Via Traveloka, When I Arrived At The Lobby I Was Directed To Contact The Admin Number Listed At The Front Desk. When I Contacted The Admin I Was Asked For An Additional Fee Of 100K Outside The Price Listed Via The Application, With The Reason That The Room Option I Booked Was No Longer Available, Cleanliness Is Quite Good, The Hot Water On The Water Heater Doesn't Work Well. I Think For The Price Of 250K With Such Facilities It Feels Very Less Worth It.

Hotel staff is ok, but room cleanliness could be much better.

Joined the apartments, but the quality of comfort in the room is very lacking, especially the lighting in the room is very dim.

It's quite quiet, the only downside is there's no hot water for bathing.

We got a room in 1903, the room facilities were quite complete, but unfortunately it couldn't be used because it looked dirty, dusty and smelly. The toilet also smelled especially when the toilet was flushed.

Got the 17th floor, the view is cool

The toilet water doesn't come out so you have to flush it manually, the TV is good, the AC is quite good, there is a drying rack for drying clothes.

Book 2X For 2 Days With Different Rooms .. First Room 1939 & Room 1108 .. Ok I Admit I Had 2 Mistakes .. Smoking And Drinking Alcohol .. But The Room Provider Also Doesn't Mean He Didn't Make Mistakes .. AC Not Cold,, Really Big Cockroaches,, No Stove,, No Wifi,, No Stove .. Mattress Smells Musty .. We Don't Complain At All .. We Are Demanded To Be Perfect In Staying But The Facilities We Get Are So-So .. One More Example .. I'll Give You The Picture Above Where I Had To Pay 50k Because There Was A Little Cigarette Burn Spot On The Tray That Was Initially Smelly And Dusty .. My Friend Used It Because There Was No Ashtray Available .. I Think If I Bought A New One It Wouldn't Be That Much .. Oh It's A Deposit Just Take It Sis .. I think I made the 2 mistakes above that I mentioned earlier..
