Check in was quick. Due to bank holiday reception was closed and was difficult to find staff for help. Good basic accommodation, although cleanliness could be improved.

I would recommend this place but it's tricky to get in and out the city so I'd advise on getting a car and using the park & ride for the tram which is good. We were over for the Euro's and getting a cab after midnight was near impossible once we got back to the end of the metro line.

A bit isolated. Be aware there is no front desk, so make arrangements if you are planning to arrive outside working hours

The hotel is good. Good price. Breakfast limited and expensive, We ask for an extra croissant and it was denied. Limited staff speak english.

very clean very nice place to stay only issues was the front security gate which would could not get thru until some one told us the code as reception closes during the evening and night so get there earlier gate is 0195a if you don't key was left in our room with a not on the main entrance all in all very good internet fantastic

Liked the large room and kitchen area. Be sure to arrive by 6 when the office closes along with the main gate.

As other reviews have stated this is a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The neighbouring town of Cugnaux is also pretty and definitely worth a look. Major drawback is that you are a bit out in the sticks. If you're not driving there you are a bit stranded. I didn't have a car and had to rely on taxis - this proved awkward and inconvenient. But hey, you live and learn!

We really enjoyed it. The apartment was well planned with a good array of services. The location was a little out of the way but quiet. Would recommend it unreservedly.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang obwohl ich bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht. Ausstattung TOP, sehr ruhige Lage. Das beste kommt aber zum Schluss: Als ich wieder auf der Autobahn war klingelte das Tel vom Hotel und sie sagten mir ich hätte mein Cap vergessen und sie würden es mir nach Hause senden !!! WOW WAS FÜR EINEN SERVICE. Ich werden Ihnen noch etwas senden aus der CH. ==> Dahin komme ich wieder wenn ich in Toulouse bin.

Petit hôtel très correct au confort tout à fait acceptable. Juste un service de petit déjeuner mais cuisinette dans chaque chambre avec le strict minimum et une bouilloire. Chaque chambre à sa terrasse. Très bon accueil.
