The ground floor common areas are delightful. The bathrooms are first class.

Location was excellent. Staff very nice. The room was very small but had a nice size bathroom. No hot water one day but was given a free breakfast in return. Stayed 3 nights. The last night the air conditioning kept turning off after one hour so I didn’t sleep well because it was August and hot so I had to get up every hour and turn the air conditioner back on. Having said all this, I would stay there again.

Charming hotel, comfortable rooms, great location.

Centrally located with most sight seeing and restaurants within walking distance. I bit hard to find when driving in since it's on a pedestrian street but there's a parking garage nearby. Room was very small but clean and comfortable.

I would like the staff for being so friendly and inviting! We had a fabulous visit and look forward to returning in the future!

Nice modern hotel near to Nantes city centre. Staff is helpful and friendly, reasonable price. Good for a short stay but room can be small if you have large/ a lot of luggage.

Great location and helpful staff. Late night club next door was quite noisy each nigh we were there.

There wasn’t anything unique about Hotel Billie, it is just a very pleasant place to stay.

Great location, walking distance to everything in the centre including the tram service/public transport. Staff were helpful and friendly giving tips of places to see and fluent in English. The room was comfortable but without aircon. Tea/coffee and Hairdryer and bodywash provided. Also access downstairs to a coffee machine and water machine.

Great staff, very clean, convenient walkable location. Nice breakfast, good coffee, assortment of choice. Very compact and small room. Odd arrangement of closet door is also door to bathroom. Some logistical issues in the morning. Very noisy Irish bar just down the street.

Comfortable located in the city of Nantes, close to shops, restaurants, bars, public transport etc. Boutique style decor all over. Double room was quite small, especially the bathroom, but all clean. Breakfast buffet was good, due to small area of buffet felt very crowded and tight at busy times. Staff was quick with cleaning tables and refilling buffet, good service. Reception was staffed all times, very kind and helpful. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

We loved the Hotel Billie! The location was great, the room size was bigger than most we experienced on our trip to Europe. The staff was so helpful and easy to work with. The decor of the hotel was fun. If we are ever back in Nantes we will be staying at Hotel Billie for sure.
