No where to hang clothes in the bathroom, so clothes got wet when putting them on the toilet seat,shower had black mould in sealant and no shelf in the shower itself. Tv remote was dirty. Bed matteress nearest the door was very noisy sounds like the springs are gone. Parking is a nightmare but free, most coast places are hard to park near the hotel. Good location for Pavillion and Harbour and cafes.

Room was clean and comfy bed. Good location but the information about parking is misleading. You get a parking disc but these only cover you for up to 3 hours in the zones. We parked nearby for 24 hours which was £13.

Comfortable stay. No breakfast option but would go back again. Good value.

2 single beds pushed together is not a queen bed , boxers left in wardrobe from previous booking Not impressed at all

Parking was difficult got parked 2nd day got parking ticket also apparently you must display on path side of your car

Room was bright, clean and comfortable for the one night my husband and I stayed there. The property is unstaffed except for the cleaners in the morning, however getting onto the property was a breeze using the information given to us when we followed the directions on our confirmation email. Other have complained of this part being difficult, but I can only assume they didn't read and follow the instructions in the email and therefore got to the property expecting a reception desk. The tea and coffee set up was comparable to a chain hotel room. Shower gel and a bar of hand soap was provided but no shampoo or conditioner, so recommended to bring your own. The beach was only a 5 min walk away, and shops and restaurants were a couple minutes more than that. Ideally located. Overall we would stay again!

On street parking, parking permit supplied. Location near to sea front and town centre

Lovely spacious room. Very clean. Slight mix up with keys on arrival, but was sorted after phone call. Only minor grumble, advertised as having toiletries but there wasnt any.

Clean room . Too small for more than one night . Not enough tea and coffee . Shower fantastic . View in room 2 none existent

Just ten mins walk to town centre, few minute walk to north sea seaside, location is lovely. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the shower has high water pressure which is good for after walking all day. The only one thing is kettle doesn't clean, some water left there when I check-in.

Nice clean place, comfortable beds needs spare light bulbs provided or check as 2 blew whilst we were there.

Clean, that's all you can say. It has no atmosphere. From the minute you manage to get your key to the time you leave, you see no-one; neither guests or staff. Won't stay there again.

Very clean. comfortable bed, lovely nights sleep, did not hear any noise and would definitely stay again, only thing I would have liked a small fridge.

It is in a great location for shopping, eating and town centre. Was clean and well presented with all the facilities needed for a stay.

it was a great experience in Lansbury-Whitby. The price is resonable for its location is walking distance to the beach and town centre.

The room was located in an excellent position but I didn’t realise there was no reception and just a key safe to get your key , this made me feel uncomfortable but the room was very clean

Great location , owner very responsive, walkable to everything. A portable fan for summertime would be a great addition for air circulation. Bring own shampoo.
