Fantastic quality and cleanliness, combined with a great location and excellent communication with the host.

The room was very clean and comfy. Had everything thing you needed. Self check-in was smooth and easy. The only downside was the room was very warm, there was a fan supplied but even with the windows open it was very hard to cool the room. But overall excellent stay

Nice location, albeit a bit isolated. Whilst modern, the room had seen some action and needed redecoration. I also found a hair in the bed, which was concerning. Car park is big, but was full on my second night.

Lovely place. Nice and quiet and the breakfast extras was a lovely touch. Highly recommend

Ideal stay for us as used it as a location for cycling and walking. Staff excellent. Room was clean, large and facilities good.

Lovely place to stay, the view was wonderful and so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. Shame there is no food at the property as you are on a very steep hill but a lovely touch of porridge and pastries for the morning. Will stay again

Located about one mile from the train station. Not far, but it's all uphill! Great if you're driving as there is plenty of free parking.

The little touches like breakfast porridge/pastry and water. The fridge, wine glasses were nice. The place was really nice quality. The outside seating area is a nice benefit. The only things that could improve would be a mirror on the wall near hairdryer to do hair, luckily I’d brought my own as this tends to be a common issue. I enjoyed the view, it was one of the reasons for booking but if the vegetation is cut back there won’t be much of a view when full leaf cover in summer which might then cause disappointment. I’d definitely return.

Staying for a wedding in the area. Not informed that we were given a disabled room and sink was so low. There was a block in the shower which flooded the bathroom and had to cut shower short to mop up water with only one of us being able to shower. Couldn’t have shower following day as plumber not available. Had clothes on floor cos no drawers just a hanging rail. Saying that, bed was comfortable and I’m sure the above could have been fixed and better information

It was a great place to stay for a family birthday. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet. Only dislike was the room smelling strong of smoke the we arrived, not good for a non-smoking property

Great location, I'd love to visit again for a little longer, there are some wonderful walks on the doorstep. Very welcoming room, nice and quiet. Very clean.

Got instructions through text on the day of arrival on the process (lock box key code) Really handy check in process especially as we just had a short stay attending a wedding at nearby by venue no need to leave to check in at a certain time. Served our purposes, no problem with parking. Great stay everything that we needed, nice bathroom, comfy beds etc. great.

Nice cosy little room we had for two nights. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Nice little touches with the water bottles in the fridge and breakfast items left on the table. Clean enough. Shower tray and tiles could do with a good scrub to look clean again. Check in was easy with self check in lock box to get room key. I was messaged a code to get into room. I was disappointed to see other guests not abiding to the rules as the room opposite us, the gentleman was smoking on his balcony which isn’t a pleasant smell if you are not a smoker. I would recommend friends and family to stay. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you
