Like the light and color there was a little bit of noise, but not bad. The thing I did not like was the whoever was smoking weed in the building.

No auto door opening for disabled people with walkersor wheel chairsreal hard to get open and in or out .stayed 10 days absolutely no room cleaning at all the whole time i was there .building is new and is nice but they need improvements for disabled people to make there stay easier

Our room was fumed with cigarette smoke, like could barley breath! When we told the front desk they said there was nothing they can do about that. Ended up not finishing our stay there. It was cute, clean and comfortable but ultimately the lack of consideration from the front desk and the issue itself, we had to find another place to stay.

There were absolutely no amenities. An ice tray but no ice machine or bottled water. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner not even a blow dryer. Stayed there with me and 2 of my kids and they only gave us 2 towels. There is a kitchen in the room but nothing to cook with. WiFi is very spotty. No pool, spa, or even a continental breakfast. Will NEVER stay here again!

Hotels.com ripped me off or $100! I made and paid in full for the reservation, directly to Hotels.com an hour before we arrived at the Woodspring. When we arrived the front desk said that they never received our reservation, and that I would have to pay them directly to get the room and then deal with hotels.com. I lodged for a rebate of $100 with hotels.com and they said they couldn’t give it back. So this is the last time I use hotels.com. I’ve used hotels.com for years! The whole system has changed and I tell everyone now not to use them. Be aware. Trying to talk with someone is a joke you get the runaround. It’s pretty black and white. I’ve got the receipts to prove it, but to know avail goodbye hotels.com.

Good area comfy stay will book again

Great staff, the gentleman that works Sunday morning has the best customer service. I travel a lot and he made sure to help out in any way possible. Wish I had his name to give but I would assume hes at some level of management. I believe he’s of Eastern origins which I hate to even use that to identify him. Please share my thanks

Overall not bad. Seems to be a fairly new building. Our room had the basics like an apartment so you could bring and cook your own food. They did have pans if you ask at the front desk but you should bring your own if you want to feed yourself. Full fridge with freezer is nice for those long stays along with an electric flat top stove with 2 burners and heat safe for kiddos. We stayed in 325, it was very clean except for the socks left on top of the cabinets. Beds were okay but very squeaky if you move a lot. Walls and floors are thin so you can hear every footstep, especially if there are children above you (which there were for us). This room did not come with complimentary coffee or maker. It only had 1 towel so be prepared to ask for additional supplies. They do not offer food but there are several fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Booked a king bed. They were out of king beds. Staff was not helpful at all and there was absolutely zero customer service or care about providing service. Lady who checked me in was holding a puppy the whole time that was yapping. Took a long time to check in because she was typing with one hand while holding puppy in the other. Low quality. Newer hotel but everything in it felt cheap. No icemaker on property. Was told to go 1 mile to the gas station. Definitely will not stay there again.

Wonderful

The room has dirty trash, toiletries items were not in hotel, towels, bed linen was not thrown and in the morning the coffee machine was broken was terrible and experience.

I could hear the highway all night! Don't let them give you a room on the highway side of the building.

Unprofessional and dirty

I checked out of this hotel as fast as I could and checked in at town plaza couple miles up the road

The receptionist was barely understandable. We we checked in, she said there were no "keys" left. After several attempts to understand why they had no keys left, we finally understood they had no "kings" left..meaning king beds, which we reserved. She said they had a queen bed and it would be a lot less...it was $3 less. There was no breakfast at all and it was very noisy next to a busy freeway and there were no ice machines in the building nor were there any hair dryers.
