Bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in the room.

Staff was resourceful and welcoming, I am a first time visitor to this part of Lee County.

The receptionist at the time was absolutely fantastic!

The place was nice and clean. I was just surprised about breakfast, it was like a non-breakfast at all! It is better not to put “breakfast included” in the rate that I got so we won’t expect much. But overall it’s a good place for a short stay.

The room was clean, hotel was quiet. Service could definitely be improved, was on a business trip, got into town a little late, so asked for a late checkout to get a little extra sleep. I was told I had to call the desk at 7 am to request that - which doesn't make sense to me. Called the next morning, the desk agent said they could only give me 30 minutes, so I accepted, went back to sleep. At 10:55, I had someone knocking on my door asking if I was staying another night, I said no but I had a late check out. They said okay and went on their way. At 11:05, I had someone else knocking and asking if I was staying another night, I said no but I had a late checkout. They said that I needed to check out. Should look into fixing that policy.

Our stay was great!

Nice new clean stay with friendly helpful check in. Out pool area is small but nice. The only shortfall might be the continental breakfast. Boiled eggs in a bag , granola bars , yougart and bagged muffins with coffee as the drink option. Probably count on breakfast out. Enjoy.

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our needs. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Check in/out was very easy.

10/10 The rooms are clean, and up to date. The bed are comfortable. Good lighting and they provide free television options. The staff are absolutely amazing. Super accommodating and friendly. The young girl who works overnights was very helpful and nice. I didn’t get her name although Mary and sheb were great during checkout as well. Will definitely return.
