Lovely spacious room - incredible bathroom Friendly reception staff

Loved the design and retro look, spacious and clean

The room was great, staff were friendly and helpful (and we were able to arrange a later check out.) The only thing holding us back from 5 stars is no toaster or microwave and as such very limited crockery and cutlery available. We will be considering staying here again in the future.

The interior designing is stunning and the whole service too!

A wonderful motel. Newly renovated and clean with a real mid century theme. Amazing location, close to township and beach. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our stay for an additional day. A most pleasurable stay, Highly recommended!

Had a 4 night stay here, it was great for just my husband and me. Great bed, very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean and spacious room shops restaurants and beach nearby

Newly refurbished and very pleasant. A few missteps mar the experience. The water in the bathroom is either cold or scalding hot. The may have saved a few dollars of thermostatic showers - the ones present are a shocker. After much fiddling you can just obtain something in between scalding and cold - just don’t let anyone use the sink or the toilet as if they do, you risk serious burns. I’m surprised they got insurance… They do provide a kettle, sadly the outlet in the sink won’t accommodate filling the kettle, so you’ll be back in the dangerous shower. These two issues aside, a pleasant stay.

No microwave

Everything stood out and always does. Have been staying here on and off for about 20 years, always impresses from booking, arrival and how relaxed a stay it is. New refurbished look is incredible that retains the old school look but a lot fresher. Thanks to the Team at Motel Flinders

Good balance between retro motel and modern comfort

A very pleasant and comfortable stay after a long drive from the penguin parade. Room is super spacious and clean. Within walking distance from cafes and shops with EV charging station around the corner. Easy check-in no matter what time you arrive during the day. Our son forgot his favorite pillow at the motel. Paul, one of the staff, went out of his way to have it delivered back to us in Melbourne just in time before we return overseas. Would definitely love to come stay again!
