Overall satisfied during staycation at Mercure Madiun Hotel

This was my first time staying at the Mercure Madiun. It was a great hotel and very memorable.

It was pleasant, the staff were friendly. They helped with check-in and check-out smoothly.

Breakfast has a lot of menu choices, the view is nice, but maybe there is 1 thing that was forgotten, the trash cans in the bathroom and in the room were not provided with plastic, that's all.

Stayed here again because the place was comfortable. For those who wanted a connecting room, it turned out that the availability was a twin bed connecting with 1 queen bed. So, initially I booked a twin room with 2 additional charges for the upgrade, but it wasn't expensive, only around 50 thousand rupiah. For breakfast, a 5-year-old child starts to be charged, but again, it's not expensive, only 40 thousand rupiah, worth it with a varied menu. The only downside is that it's bright at breakfast, so you need to hurry to get a spot that isn't too hot.

Excellent location. Best hotel in Madiun. Cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the shower area. For a 4-star hotel, small towels should be provided.

The lobby receptionist was lacking, at that time there was only one person handling other people, when I arrived there was no one to greet me, when I was carrying a lot of luggage I was confused.
