This is my first time in a Premier Inn, which for the NZ AU people, this is the Jetstar of hotels. The room was tidy, spacious and nice. The hotel was clean and tidy. However the staff (except for one person) were not helpful. For check in, we arrived 15mins early but were not even given a chance to ask for an early check in, we were told to go wait in the restaurant area, as in we were unable to even say our name before being told check in is 3pm not earlier. By 3pm there was about 5-6 other groups waiting to check in. Now if the restaurant or bar was open, it would be great, as well we all could have had a drink or food. However it did not open till 3pm. So they lost out on a lot of revenue (as in we could not even get a water). For dinner, the food was good, but again we had to go to the bar to get service, even know there were plenty of staff available.

The reception staff was not helpful. And they gave the smallest room possible in their property without anything. They didn’t have an intercom in the room or basic amenities. It was the worst experience.

I stayed in room 611 at Premier Inn and had a very disappointing experience. My Expedia booking stated a 12:00 noon check-out. However, at 11:50 a.m., a staff member entered our room without proper notice while we were getting ready to leave, saying check-out was at 10:00 a.m. We felt rushed and uncomfortable, unable to finish preparing for departure. By the time we left around 12:15 p.m., several staff members were in the hallway insisting we vacate immediately. The service was also poor at check-in; there was no staff at the front desk and we had to wait for someone to arrive. This experience was stressful and disappointing. Management should ensure clear communication of check-out times and respect for guest privacy.

Heelijk ontbijt, schone kamers en de kinderen op aparte bedden. Parkeren was goed geregeld, deze kon je via de receptie gelijk betalen. Let dus op dat je in de parkeergarage niet zelf gaat betalen. Geen luxe, maar prima hotel en wij vinden de loopafstand naar het centrum te doen voorc1 dag. Bij meerdere dagen zou ik de bus nemen.

Ok når man blot skal overnatte

3-4 elevator og kun en virkede - der var ikke styr på noget ved check in - man vidste ikke om værelset var klar - der var betalt hjemme fra både overnatning og morgenmad men det kunne de ikke lige se til at starte med - værelset var ok men møg beskidt badeforhæng og toiletpapir var værre end på en tank station - tyndt og i enkelt stykker i stedet for en rigtig rulle - desværre ingen køleskab og den babyseng vi havde reserveret blev til en alm vokssen seng. Så kunne være bedre

Overall, good value for money. The family room we stayed in was a little dusty, and the hot water didn’t work in the basin, but that was all. The breakfast was good for the price, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My child left her jacket in the lobby, and the staff kindly found it and brought it to our room the next day, which was greatly appreciated. We were also pleased with the parking. Recommended for anyone travelling with a budget.

Le personnel était très gentil. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Seul problème : personne ne fait attention à ce qu'on prend au petit déjeuner alors que les prix varient fortement.

Affordable hotel in Botley. Three supermarkets right next to the hotel. Free parking which was perfect. Second time we stayed here. The hotel rooms are damp. Two out of three elevators were out of order. We asked for a room cleaning halfway in our stay which unfortunately wasn’t done. The receptionist was very sorry when I informed them of this. Large bed.

Alt var fint god betjening. Det lå dog lidt langt væk fra centrum og prisen var derfor lidt høj. Vi brugte ikke hotelet før sent , da vi var på sightseening og fodbold. Morgenmad var god.

Hotel correct, propre, avec un accès au centre-ville avec le bus 400 juste devant l'hotel. Pdj correct. Un rapport qualité/prix correct. Supérette à coté.
