Room had a strange smell. Likely their bathroom drains. Otherwise very clean and simple

Clean good air conditioning and friendly staff, they held our luggage for us even though we were too early to check in and we went to go eat at a local restaurant for lunch with out having to haul it all over

Walking short distance to metro and grocery stores. Quiet and staff very friendly and efficient. Clean room and bathroom. Would stay there again!

The property felt quiet and safe and within walking distance of a nearest metro station to take me back to city center.

LORENZO at the front desk reception helped us a lot. He advised us on transportations to Madrid as well as the best tourist travel pass to get. He also gave us a really nice room with a view and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Room was always cleaned and tidy. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Subway station and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended !!!

Staff were great. Local supermarket close by. Walking distance to the train station. McDonald's and Burger king with walking distance. Clean hotel. Good breakfast options.

We'd like to commend Lorenzo (Reception) for all his help and assistance with transportation, he is always smiling and ready to help. Housekeeping does a wonderful job keeping our room clean all the time. Other staff at reception are also helpful. Thank you B&B Hotels for a wonderful 8 nights stay.

Spacious rooms and clean environment.

Great location love it

Convenient place to stay away from the center of Madrid, specially if you need parking. Very clean. Good mattress. Very good price if you reserve the room well in advance. We stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time the temperature on the room was really high and we didn't sleep well. We opened the window during the whole night and the traffic noise was constant. There is an additional AC unit on the room but was programmed only for heating so it didn't help. We reserve the room only a few days in advance and the price was excessive.
