Rooms were clean and spacious for 3 women we had plenty of room to be comfortable on our short trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating even through the language barrier.

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the hotel facilities were.

I like the room cleaning availability during holidays. In the other hand, issue finding free parking slot but we got lucky each night to get a free slot.

Great specially if you are a Barca Fan, hotel is in front of Facility. There is limited Parking, family room has no microwave, but kitchen was able to assist upon request

Room was clean and new. The bathroom side was small and shower door did not close properly.

The property was fine, the problem was that Expedia placed me so far away from the main tourist area. Expedia needs to make sure to give multiple options when they prepare those packages.

Our stay in hotel SB win 4 sup was great, cleanliness was excellent, hotel room was just like in the pictures and swimming pool was nice. Staff were always available and it was easy to get transport from here. Overall nice quiet area with a few supermarkets and bakery and coffee shops where you could get really nice stuff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t mind staying here again in the future

I do not recommend this hotel if you are a solo traveler or first time visitor to Barcelona. It is too far away from the action of the city (at least 25 minutes and add more time for high traffic days). The closest metro / train was at least 10 minutes away on foot, taxis or Ubers were not always readily available and those costs were anywhere between 25 euros to 40 euros one way. Very very expensive to say the least! The room was clean but smaller than expected. Although it was a decent hotel, I would not stay here again because of the location. I would spend a few more coins and stay at a nicer hotel in a more central location. This place is overhyped and overrated.

We were placed in a handicap room and requested to be moved due to the cleanliness of the bathroom but they wouldn’t move us. When we paid for a normal room with a normal shower.

This hotel was amazing clean modern and a walking distance from the train station. Staff are helpful and professional I would definitely come back.
