A disappointing experience. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights. When we arrived by car, we asked the front desk where we could park. They responded in a completely hostile tone, forbidding us from parking in front of the hotel, even though there was a free space. They argued that this was for monthly rental parking because they had already paid. "Am I renting for free and therefore not allowed to park?" They then directed us to park at the hospital, 200 meters away. There was no security, and we had to pay for parking for 3 nights, so we had to pay extra. It was very disappointing. If the cove doesn't want to rent daily, they should immediately remove it from Traveloka. Don't harm those who rent daily. Finally, for the sake of safety and comfort, we decided to donate to Cove Penara. We canceled our stay without getting a refund, and finally found better accommodation. We were served with great hospitality.
Note: For those who want to rent daily, it's better to walk to the accommodation, don't bring a vehicle, because the road is narrow and only fits one car.
