the room is not clean, the bathroom is also dirty, the bucket is mossy, lots of worms do not match the pictures and reviews on the application. booked 3 nights, finally checked out only 1 night

This hotel has no empathy at all. I canceled my stay due to an emergency, but they still insisted on refusing a refund and did not provide any solution.
The hotel is difficult to contact and seems to be letting go. Even though it only needs a little understanding. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
