We stayed in a Premium twin room which was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Hotel is in a quiet location with views over the Danube. Just a short walk from Margaret Island and taxis turn up in minutes when booked through the Bolt/Uber App. We had a wonderful stay and reasonably priced overall.

This was a delightful hotel and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood that was still easily accessible to anything we wanted to see in Budapest.

A beautiful hotel with great staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and couldn’t fault a thing - our room was lovely and very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff so friendly and helpful. I initially wondered about the location, but it was perfect for us. Whilst on the quieter Buda side there are plenty of tram options that take you in whatever direction you’re heading; with Margaret Island, the Parliament Building and Fisherman’s Bastion/Buda Castle all within walking distance. I’d return, and highly recommend a stay.

A first class operation from top to bottom. Guest and public rooms beautifully furnished and decorated, breakfast selections and quality excellent, service deserves special mention. Advice and support from concierges made our stay at the hotel and in Budapest very special. Had several satisfying meals. In the hotel restaurant.

Nice room, but the bathroom and toilet are separate and the doors are made of glass. It’s ok if you’re alone, but if you’re with someone else, you’ll have no privacy. Breakfast could be better and restaurant could over a larger variety of dishes. Very good hotel, but there are others better and cheaper

The staff were welcoming and lovely. The room could have done with being a little bit cleaner. Minor stains on the bathroom towels provided and the door to the bathroom was a bit stiff to open and close. Overall 7-8/10. Good hotel, I stayed for two nights and was able to check out later for a fee (due to my later flight). I was given a birthday treat on the morning of my birthday which was very well appreciated. Thank you!
