Shops are close, property needs maintenance, no towel, no toiletries- soap, shampoo, sheets had blood spot stains. Bad experience.

Excellent location, clean room, 3 min walk to Mumbai Aqua line Metro to connect most of the important stops, easy access through train from International Airport.

Our stay at this hotel in Mumbai was disappointing overall. The room was very small and not comfortable for a family stay. There was visible mold on the walls, and the towels and bed sheets were extremely old and worn out — which made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, though service was quite slow. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this place could be improved, but in its current condition, I wouldn’t recommend it for families or longer stays.

Worst hotel I have ever been to! They give us a stinking room. In the next room construction was going on and there were drill noises. Then when we asked them to change the room, they refused to do so. We had to find another hotel for our stay and we left the hotel

Very bad hotel. They did not check me in even though I have confirmed booking with hotel.com. They gave my room to someone and told me room not available.
