From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of perfect. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making check-in effortless. The amenities exceeded expectations — from the pristine pool and well-equipped gym to the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of local and international options. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was awesome with plenty of choices and the staff were friendly, kind and welcoming. In-room dining experience was excellent as well and food was delicious . The hotel was kid-friendly, accommodative and considerate of my toddler’s food needs. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

My Stay at The Leela Hyderabad was superb. Beautiful property, beautiful & spacious rooms, Beautiful Lobby & amazing restaurants & bars. We enjoyed every bit of my stay.

The breakfast service staff were great, after staying for a few days the figured out our taste and anticipated our every need, special kudos to Subhjoy and Soch for taking care of us

THis is a new addition to Leela Hotels and it lives upto the expectation, i would not call it a palace but it matches the exceptional standard of Leela. Food options in buffet were very limited but overall the room and hotel was exceptional

Worst hotel in terms of food and services

1. The food was terrible. I tried multiple items, and all were disappointing. It didn’t justify the price at all. 2. During breakfast, the glasses had a foul smell. On Day 1, I ignored it as a one-off issue, but it was the same on Day 2. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and fortunately, it was rectified. 3. Initially, I had booked the Orlov room, but after speaking with Amisha, I upgraded to the Nizam room. It was great at first, but on Day 2, I realized the windows were quite small and the view wasn’t impressive. I called the Duty Manager, who transferred my call to someone at reception. That person was judgmental and said, “You’ve been staying here for two days, and now you’re noticing this?” He then advised me to pay ₹7,500 to upgrade to a suite. If nothing could be done, a simple denial would have sufficed—but this kind of condescending behavior is unacceptable.

Wonderful hospitality right from the check in time till we checked out. Room was cleaned daily. Food was awesome. Breakfast buffet had many options. Clean property.
