Hotel reception doesn’t have any information regarding my booking, after showed booking details he issued two rooms as per my booking and both are very ugly and and not cleaned, seems it was used by somebody,

We booked for 3 bed but they gave 2 bed room. Disappointed. Rooms are not clean Cockroaches are there in the room
