Yes only about 45 min to mudumalai, excellent spot for wildlife and birds. But it is not easily accessible and no restaurants near by and kitchen was closed for most of the days we stayed there so I spent about Rs2000 each day on a cab to take us to dinner. The staff are very friendly but they are not used to running a hotel ? Didn't change towels or service the room in 3 days! Otherwise great place.
