The location is strategic. The receptionist was very friendly. The room wasn't very clean, and the hot water tasted off. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel is relatively new, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning works well, but it's a bit slow to cool. Amenities are complete, plus a hair dryer is provided. There's also a mini fridge. There's only one elevator, so waiting can be a bit long during busy times. The room is quite spacious, at 24 square meters. It has hot water and fast Wi-Fi. The staff are all friendly. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Spacious room can have extra bed & still spacious, the bathroom is also clean with toiletries, soap and toothpaste that can be used without drying out. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, but the variety is still lacking. If possible, add more variety. The location is very close to everywhere. It's just a shame that outside the hotel it becomes a garbage dump, so the view is not very nice. But everything in the hotel is really cool.

The hotel is relatively new, the hotel staff to the parking attendants are very friendly and helpful even though the parking capacity is limited. Hotel Mewangi is also very clean. Only suggestion for future facilities is at least a gym for sports not just cycling. Recommended for families or business activities because the location is close to the city center.

I don't have a picture of the room, but the room is spacious. I booked a superior room, the room is spacious, the view in my room is nice, like the photo I attached, it's on the 1st floor, I got a hair dryer + refrigerator, usually for rooms like that you don't get that. The downside in the room I occupied was the AC was often hot so it was very stuffy, even though it's a new building, maybe there was a problem that needed to be checked in the AC section, at night after coming home from Braga I took the time to hang out at the cafe, only ordered 1 juice and 1 fried fries but the fried fries took a long time, when I asked it turned out that the food kitchen was separate, it was in the downstairs kitchen.

There is a cafe on the rooftop of the hotel where you can see the city view. The rooms and hotel are clean and fragrant.

The new hotel is still very comfortable and clean, pleasant and friendly staff, starting from security, parking attendants and others.

ALL GOOD! still new so very clean and comfortable. 👍🏼 Suggestion: More variety in terms of food for breakfast, and for the toilet (bathing area) ask for a special mat to be added so it is not slippery because the floor is quite slippery for children to bathe. Oh yes, it is a bit crowded here when parking during high season, because the parking lot is quite small.
