The shower and bathroom faucets are small, and the breakfast is lacking in variety and not very tasty. The hotel's advantage is its Santorini-themed view, with direct views of the Jungwook Sea and direct access to Jungwook Beach.

Hotel, area, and room are clean. Service is okay. Staff are friendly. Only the hotel restaurant's food was not to my liking. However, at Jungwok, you can get direct access to play on Jungwok beach. Enjoying the extraordinary sunrise & sunset.

There are few tissues. The bathroom is a bit dirty. Not suitable for seniors due to the frequent stairs. The restaurant has a limited variety of food. It's quiet, not noisy, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

The receptionist, Hany, was unfriendly and rude when I asked, "Are there any TV channels?" She replied, "No, there are only apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) and they use personal accounts, and that's the same everywhere else." Then, when I asked for a plate, it wasn't delivered to my room. The location has no Telkom or XL signal.

The standard room was too small, the bathroom was cramped, and the toilet was extremely narrow. The breakfast menu lacked variety, and the food was mostly cold. The restaurant staff were rude, and the fruit was stingy, only watermelon and cantaloupe, even though it was a 3-star hotel. The staff were generally unfriendly, lacking smiles.

Location a little bit far, but the view is amazing. Great architecture also, many facilities. However, the restaurant is only available until 7:30 PM, which is too soon. The food is good, but the portion is too small for the main course. Beverages recommended.

It's fine for just taking photos, but I don't think it's worth staying overnight, as the cleanliness is poor and the air conditioning in the rooms is hot. The only downside is the delicious food and friendly staff. Otherwise, it's a dud. You have to go down a long flight of stairs to get to the beach. I thought it was right in front of the beach.

The atmosphere is really nice, the view is cool, at night the sound of the waves crashing, the breakfast has a lot of variations, yummy, but there is no signal at all, only relying on the hotel's wifi, but it's really okay for healing and getting rid of the fatigue of the capital 👍🙏☺️
