You booked a VIP room, which accommodates a maximum of 3 people. Upon check-in at the reception, you confirmed a total of 3 guests. After the check-in process was complete, you checked out and returned with 4 guests (you, your father, and two adult teenage children). The reception staff then asked you to upgrade to a Super VIP room, adding an extra bed, to accommodate 4 people. Your husband became angry, and the receptionist said that if you did not agree, you could cancel the booking. However, you still wanted to stay here. If you say that you have stayed here many times before, you should understand our property's rules better. When booking a room, the maximum number of guests for each room type is clearly stated in the application. We always encourage guests to cancel their booking if they cannot comply with our property's rules. Regarding the mineral water, we replaced 2 bottles with 4 glasses, which still have the same quantity. We prioritize the comfort of all our guests throughout their stay, and we strive to always provide the best service to all our guests. Thank you.
