The location of the resort is pretty awesome, most of the places are nearby on a motorbike ride around 30 minutes average. The food was great, the privacy factor in the resort was good, the town was nearby for money exchange and ATM, you can also enjoy the local food in the town’s food court.

The facilities, service, comfort, and cleanliness were excellent. I enjoyed my stay here. However, the door hinges need some attention. When I slid the door open, my finger accidentally bled because they're quite sharp.

We checked in late because we had to pray at Batur and Besakih Temples first. We checked in around 7:30 PM, but had already confirmed a late check-in. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The place is comfortable and beautiful, but at first, finding it was a bit confusing because the signage on the front wasn't clear, perhaps because it was nighttime and the place is a bit tucked away, hence the name hidden. Suggestion: enlarge the nameplate on the front and give it an eye-catching color so it's easy to spot.
