The location is hidden so we got lost, but Karra was quick to chat with us via WhatsApp and give us directions. The kids love camping here, but it's a shame it's the rainy season, so we can't have a campfire. The tents are spacious... I was a bit worried about snakes getting in. Full Wi-Fi.

Lokasinya ngumpet sampai nyasar, tetapi pihak Karra gercep chat kasih petunjuk via WA. Anak-anak suka camping di sini, sayang lagi musim hujan jadi enggak bisa bikin api unggun. Tenda luas... Sempat was-was takut ada uler masuk tenda Full wifi

very good, only access is blocked by residents' houses, but it's not a problem when you get there, it's spacious

2 hours after checking in, I wanted to use the water for bathing, the bathroom and sink taps were off, and I had to run to the prayer room to find it. The water only came on for 2 hours because the reservoir had problems after heavy rain. Cleanliness, views and service were good.

2 jam setelah check in mau pakai utk mndi air kmr mndi dan kran wastafel mati,sampai bab harus lari cari di mushola.2 jam air baru jalan Krn bak penampung bermasalah abis hujan besar.Kebersihan ,pemandangan dan pelayanan bagus

Terkait kendala air, Karra mohon maaf karena itu di luar kendali kami, meninjau lokasi kami yang di kaki gunung merapi kami mengandalkan air dari sumber air utama (sama dengan warga sekitar) hari itu hujan lebat berserta angin sehingga ada pohon besar tumbang yang menyebabkan pipa utama aliran air terputus (untuk seluruh daerah, termasuk Karra) sehingga kami harus koordinasi dengan warga dan pengurus kampung untuk memperbaikinya, dan disayangkan kami menggunakan shower air tanpa bak mandi sehingga hanya bertumpu pada air yang tersisa di penampungan untuk kebutuhan seluruh Villa. Semoga ke depannya tidak terjadi lagi kendala yang di luar kemampuan kami. Sekali lagi Karra sampaikan permohonan maaf atas hal tersebut. Salam. Karra~

Thank you sis for visiting Karra Village. We are very happy that you have taken the time to give a review. Regarding the water problem, Karra apologizes because it is beyond our control, reviewing our location at the foot of Mount Merapi we rely on water from the main water source (the same as the surrounding residents) that day there was heavy rain and wind so that a large tree fell which caused the main water pipe to break (for the entire area, including Karra) so we had to coordinate with the residents and village administrators to fix it, and unfortunately we used a shower without a bathtub so we only relied on the remaining water in the reservoir for the needs of the entire Villa. Hopefully in the future there will be no more problems beyond our control. Once again Karra apologizes for this. Greetings. Karra~
