The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This was the second time my team and I stayed at the Brava Suite Hotel, as we were facilitating training for our client on the 5th floor of the Srijaya Building. Last April, we received a better room with two beds for a training event with the same client. Therefore, I asked the client to book another meeting room on the 5th floor for this training. However, this time we booked two rooms for a team of four trainers, each with one bed at the far end of the hotel. The front office staff replied that all rooms were full. Some parts of the room we stayed in were dusty, the bathroom was dirty, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and there was no towel rack.

Standard, the hallway is pretty creepy.

The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. It's strategically located, and the price is affordable but not cheap.

The check-in staff was very helpful and responsive. The soundman in the meeting room (Mr. Dwi) was very helpful and efficient.

Close to the toll road, clean rooms, cold AC

The staff was very friendly, and the service was fast and hassle-free. The only downside was that my room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. But that was okay, as the smell gradually disappeared after turning on the AC.

The hotel is aesthetic even though it's far from anywhere, the TV has a billing countdown at night and automatically turns off and can't be turned back on, but I think that's just an error, overall had a great stay here.

The staff is friendly but unfortunately the problem is always the TV antenna that has never been fixed. The room used to be clean and fragrant with no problems. The day before yesterday I stayed there and there were lots of problems. Please pay attention, thanks.
