The staff was amazing. I want to specifically mention Nina and Matthieu at the reception, they were kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to talk to the owner too, he was helpful and a very nice guy. The location of the hotel resort is great: not far from the RN7 at the entry of Antsirabe. The outside design of the bungalows looked very attractive. The interior design of the bungalow where we were is nice. The outside landscape of the resort is very amazing. There is a beautiful pool there. The security guards at the resort were helpful for our luggages; the place is safe.

The bed was nice and place spacious but for the rest of the equipment whether shower, kettle, hair dryer, they worked very badly. Restaurant very poor, we waited more than 1hr with my 2 years old daughter for our dinner which was terrible and even got sick.They told me that they were understaffed. The place is very calm though. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly but that's not enough to make up for this bad experience. I would not recommend it.

Service was amazing, they absolutely did everything to make our stay fantastic. The place is hard to find tho, make sure you text or call beforehand. The bed and bedsheets were the most confortable of all our stays on Madagascar!

Nice facility however, staff appear to have little or no training. Our toilet had not been cleaned, urine splashes everywhere. Bar/restaurant service was very slow and staff although they tried hard didn’t appear to know what they were doing. Coffee was cold, eggs were served cold, very disappointing.

Séjour détente et calme avant mission humanitaire avec hébergement en tente et pirogue. Resa de 3 nuits du Resort 4-5 etoiles choisi uniquement pour sa piscine, son calme" car sa situation est très loin de la ville sur une route chaotique peu carrossable, mal indiquée. La suite familiale est sous équipée, alors imaginez notre déception à l'arrivée. Bungalow mal organisé, avec des malfaçons -cloison à mi-hauteur, laissant passer lumière, bruits et odeurs dans l'autre pièce -dressing avec éclairage mal positionné -pas de porte manteaux ni porte serviettes ( ou sèche serviettes rampe) dans la salle d’eau - manque de tapis de bain,de tapis à l'entrée, de chaises ( il pleuvait bcp ce jour là), de serviettes de bain pour 3 - pas de lampe de chevet, une seule prise pour le lit "matrimonial", éclairage plafonnier très haut inaccessible au ménage -1 seul WC inclus dans la salle d'eau pour 4/ Promiscuité! et odeur car pièce mal ventilée avec des murs à mi hauteur, qui oblige à attendre son tour ! - lumière non centrée dans la salle d'eau (vasques non éclairées (difficultés pour le maquillage!) et écoulement difficile, pas de rangement Pas de coffre . Cependant Personnel très Sympathique et Accueillant , à l’écoute . PISCINE (pas utilisable, eau verte non traitée) .Malgré plusieurs demandes, durant les 3 jours aucune baignade Nous avons abordé les problèmes avec la direction qui a accepté nos doléances afin d’y remédier.Repas offerts / À voir en 2025, 13eme mission .
