Excellent staff during a busy period, great accommodation and food choices in restaurant.

Fabulous ! Exceptional !

Oyeñr recent stay was great. VERY clean and the staff were really friendly. The only thing was the restaurant prices and also, due to religious reasons, we thought that the 30 min jacuzzi were just for us but it was mixed. So we couldn't enjoy it neither the spa. Other than that it was very pleasant.

this spot exceeded our expectations. I first have to say how much we enjoyed breakfast especially with Fatima and Aamina manning the msemmen and omelet station! they made the best m'semmen!!!! and of course the very charming waiter Muhammed the lovely ladies at the spa were also very welcoming each time we ventured down. I wish I could remember their names!

The service at this property is the standard of what customer service should be. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Beautiful property, right on the water. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. The hotel has a gorgeous sunset.

The room was clean, bed very large and comfortable, bathroom large and nice counter space. Absolutely no complaints about the room or hotel cleanliness. Although I don’t plan on ever going back to Tangier, if I did I would stay here again.

Not happy , Will not be back, Expedia listing said laundry facilities there were NONE. Expedia listing said quean bed with twin NOT a twin, a roll a way. Expedia listing said beach resort NOT, beach access was locked by a gate. Booked for three people only towels in the room. Asked for more none were sent to the room. NO towels at the pool. Breakfast very nice.

Waiters were not professional

I was impressed with the people who work here; they made us feel at home in such a sincere way that you cannot pay for...the Moroccan food was particularly comforting and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. It's a new hotel and they are working out the kinks but the spirit is right and it made all the difference.

Great on the Mediterranean location.

This was luxury from start to finish. Every staff member went out of their way to make every need met. Tangier ,the hotel, the people, the views all 5 stars. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is excellent!! From the welcome at the door we felt special and well looked after. We would highly recommend
