where do I begin with this Hotel? There are many other hotels in Tanger that have good service and will not give you this two star experience. This experience is so bad that I’m leaving my review while I’m still at the hotel!!
1. The rooms appeared to be clean and they have this extremely strong smell in the hallways to mask something that is probably really stinky. The smell is so strong it makes you feel sick. When you get into your room, your pillow probably smell really bad. It has this weird smell to it that does not make any sense nor does it go away.
2. The staff here is the worst. The men at the doors will be stand there chatting all day with each other, but will not even open the door for you or give you a helping hand. They are more focused on the conversation they are having with each other. For a hotel that has so many staff. It’s interesting that they’re doing nothing but walking around and talking to each other.
3. This hotel is mediocre. Calling it a five star hotel is a big joke. There is no five star experience here.
4. The food in the breakfast experience is also bad. They seem to keep the food stored in heat containers yet the food is very cold every morning, even right when the breakfast starts.
5. Don’t get me started on the breakfast staff. Unhelpful, but they stand around and watch you like they’ve never seen people before. . NOT a 5 star hotel!! Avoid
