Clean room and modern. Fresh breakfast

Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes.

Excellent hotel. It was a little too far out of the main area of town but Iknew thst when I booked. The Reception staff was excellent:kind and helpful. My main criticism would be the restaurant: the music was SO loud we couldn't hear ourselves tslking. Also, the dtrong smell of cigarette smoke throygh the restaurant was very disappointing.

Breakfast was very good although a little repetitive after 6 days. The hotel was excellent, one of the best I stayed in during my 4 month European trip with my daughter. Nothing to fault. Exceptional friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness. Didn't need parking, relied on Uber ((about $16 Australian to centre of city). Very safe, well lit area Huge shopping complex (food court, shops) about 5 minute walk away.

Very clean and beautiful hotel, everything is new, pleasant clean rooms, beautiful clean city, wonderful restaurant with affordable prices on the roof, I liked everything in general, it was great.

Really enjoyed my stay here, beautiful room and extremely friendly staff. Would love to stay again soon when I return

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes and slippers were a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful, and although a small mistake was made during my stay, they rectified it very quickly and professionally. The location was great—just 20 minutes from the city center and 40 minutes from the airport. I have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again!

This is an incredible property - one of the best that I have ever stayed at (I have stayed at hundreds and hundreds around the world). I would say that it is a very nice 4 star hotel. Everything works well - the bed/bedding is so comfortable; the shower and bathroom are also amazing. The only reason for not a perfect review is that the day staff just seemed a little too business oriented - less customer centered. The night lady, on the other hand, was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new, super clean and bed is so comfortable. Hotel is easy to find, staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is big and airy, AC works well, water Temperatures is perfect. Hotel is on the outskirt of Buchrest but with cheap taxi its worth the stay. The pictures are exactly what you find. I totally enjoyed my stay so much that i extended and upgraded. The hotel is a wakjing distance to a huge shopping mall with food court, Lidl and other restaurants. Bus stops is close by but wirh how affordable Uber is , its best to Uber. Totally would recommend.
