Everything was very accomadating and the staff was very helpful..

Breakfast menu was not good, did not have variety of options to cater for international visitors. Do not recommend for people who are coming on business trip to Qatar. Not worth the money.

Clean room and friendly staff

Had a really enjoyable stay at West Walk Retaj. The team were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was amazing and the services they offered were brilliant. Very close to restaurant and shops. Security and team were helpful in loading and unloading bags from taxi. Breakfast was 10/10. Everyday room got cleaned. Would definitely recommend this to others. You won’t be let down.

Everything was fantastic, clean room, excellent breakfast, location was perfect. Special thanks to Riad, Jahaid, and Nadeem.

The rooms were way too loud, you could gear everything until late in the night, on the ground floor mall they drilled until deep into the night, and the elevator makes an annoying ding sound that wakes you up the whole night due to missing noise isolation in the rooms. Rest was OK.

They were doing heavy noise work on the plaza outside for more than 5 days they had off hours to perform this work up to 1 am till even 6 am unable to have a good sleep.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff (especially Shan Jahan on reception), porters, cleaners, helpers, everyone was great! Hotel very clean and presentable, rooms good size, very good location.

The hotel is excellent and comfortable and its location is close to the restaurants and cafes, but its drawback is the short of staff due to the full reservations of the rooms.

We booked a family suite room which was fairly large with a comfortable layout and an excellent view. However, our experience with calling the reception was not the best as they sometimes didn't pick up and never called back. Moreover, I believe the breakfast buffet options were lacking a little considering that we were told it was an international menu. The queue at the egg station was also quite lengthy. Despite this, the food itself was pretty good and the location of the hotel is amazing. There are multiple food choices within walking distance and a Monop' grocery nearby if you need any essentials. It is a beautiful place to walk around, even during the summer, as the outdoor area of West Walk is air conditioned.
