The room was clean and cleaned each day too, the staff were so helpful and friendly (and most spoke excellent English which really helped), nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were cooked fresh to order and tasted really good, esp considering the low prices. A good little hotel. We didn’t use the mini bar but it seemed well stocked.

Amazing experience...fantastic location...great staff...smiling and warm friendly staff....breakfast excellent ...music ...even real piano...bed sheets and pillows super comfy...i got an upgrade for a room with balcony...the lady at the reception is a gem :)

The property was very well maintained, clean and well appointed. It also is well located to enjoy Pristina. The most outstanding feature of the Hotel is its staff. They are friendly, professional, and wonderful to deal with.

The Hotel was clean on arrival, its mainly aimed at business professionals, we were tourists. The room was clean comfortable the balcony and chairs were a lovely addition, especially as the sun was shining. Disappointed with housekeeping, would just throw the quilt over not make the bed, did not replace essentials, ie shampoo, tea bags, clean cups. Spoke to lady at reception the second day, got an apology and tea bags and stirrers. Was washing tea cups myself, not a cheap hotel so you expect that service.

No , there is not beautiful view ,just see an apartments building. No balcony . It was an inconvenience. When I came back overnight. I was knocking the entrance door for 40 minutes. Also, weather was very cold

Great modern accomodation, very clean and luxirious place. I would come back the staff were all exceptional. Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in. When there they were very pleasant and helpful with helping me navigate getting around and supporting other questions. Great service, they made my stay even better 😊

From the beginning when we entered to the hotel, the reception guy there was very professional and explain it to us everything that we ask and till the end, everything was very clean very nice perfect room and perfect. Stay great.
