The staff were thoughtful! the service amazing, every single time. The property is clean and the rooms were beautifully cleaned every day. It’s about a 10 min walk to the center. Overall: 10/10! Would definitely come Back. Thank you to Arthur, Mauricio at breakfast and the lovely woman who would warm up milk for our baby every morning.

I am a germophobic and this hotel is just perfect hight cleanliness level. The staff was always courteous and friendly. The property is located in a spot where you can easily walk to the historic center and nice restaurants. Here are some points to improve: -The light of the ac control is way too bright for the ones that like to sleep in a dark space. -the room doesnt have a fan and the guests are required to turn off the ac when leaving somewhere when you're back the room feels stuffy same thing after showers. - I left my bathing suit hanging on the hamac to let it dry out, disappeared after we came back from a walk. I reported it to the front desk but nothing was done.

Loved the quiet, secluded area of this modern metropolitan city. Historical features, spacious rooms and patios, delicious food, thoughtful service. I will return.

Restaurant was limited with options and would serve dishes with partial or changed ingredients. They would run out of food (bread and ketchup). The water was not working the last day and I sent a message to the front desk and the front desk attendant was asleep and never got the message. We had no running water in our room to shower, flush, etc. The pool had algae that went uncleaned (with bugs floating around): that’s not usable:
