Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff . Stayed one night left for Fogo and we’ll be booking two more nights before flying out.

A last minute break and it could not have been spent in a better place! The hotel and staff were excellent, as were the food and amenities.

Immaculate, stylish rooms and some of the best beds we have ever stayed on. But what makes this place special is the staff. Without exception, everyone was friendly, professional and really tried to make every interaction personal and friendly.

Room was great, very clean, but customer service is lacking for this very expensive hotel. I wanted to add one day before my check in date and could not do it in person at the hotel. Everything is online so that means no money stays in Cabo Verde.

The room was amazing and the front desk service. The only bad experience was the dinning area and bar. The staff are not trained the right way and lack customer service

Everything about the hotel was excellent great amenities wonderful staff and very clean. I would highly recommend it to everyone I know

Overall, everything was great and the people were amazing. The only downside was that the tall PR lady, she did not come across as very friendly or approachable, and I also found a cockroach in my room.

I liked everything about this hotel.The cleanliness, the atmosphere, the view, the service and the professional staff. The breakfast buffet had a great variety to choose from. The octopus cremosa plate that I had for dinner was so delicious!
