Room was large and comfortable. Extra pillows would have been appreciated. No towel bars to hang towels. No place to unpack toiletries. No suitcase rack or stand for suitcases even though there was ample room

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was absolutely fantastic, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed and more. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

Great stay in the heart of the city! Fera is in a perfect central location—close to everything. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up: there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs. Still, a lovely place to stay!

Fera was a very good surprise! The staff were great, the room I ended up in was comfortable, clean and Huge! The a r ea is custom made to base out of! I hate to say this after being on the Receiving End of a British "only a 10 min walk, Mate" direction (longest to date was 70 minutes, but when the manager said a 15 min walk...it was a slow 14 minutes!))))) All the restaurants/cafes seem to be 2 to a block around the hotel! Good places except for the one student run TRENDY cafe on a corner within 2 blocks....god awful bad breakfast food!!! Stay Away! Begins with an "S". Surprised....no...SHOCKED...I didnt get food poisoning! Ice cold/aged hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict....a proper english breakfast with sausage with suet (green pea sized...many) & bone chunks (about 1/4 the size of a tooth....) and 8 lima beans! Eggs were ok! Also hotel is near the old town shopping district (15 min walk) and across the street from the city park! Perfect location once more! I will stay there again!))

The room itself very nice but bad location! Needs heavy dark curtains because it’s at entrance. Other it’s very nice.

部屋は広く快適でしたが、設備に問題がありました。トイレに換気扇がなく、客室にゴミ箱がありません、2人で泊まっても椅子は一つしかありません。TVはありましたが、リモコンが使えませんでした。暖房が21℃の設定で寒いため、エアコンをつけましたが暖まらなかったです。2人で3泊しましたが、ミントティー2袋しか配備されませんでした。

Ingen frukost än men det verkar som att det är på gång. Bra service, fräscha rum och bra läge. Lättillgänglig parkering på zoo som ligger tre min promenad genom ett grönområde.

Merkeze çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde, tam bi fiyat performans yeriydi, temiz be rahat bi oteldi. Çalışanlar her konuda çok yardımcıydı.
