I had a very disappointing experience at Eurostars Casa Anfa. I made a reservation in advance through a well-known booking platform and received confirmation prior to arrival. After a long international flight, we arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, we were informed that our reservation could not be honored because we did not have a marriage certificate to prove we are married. This requirement was never clearly stated on the hotel’s website or during the booking process. If this is an official policy, it should be communicated transparently and prominently before guests complete their reservation. Travelers do not typically carry marriage certificates while on vacation, so this came as a complete surprise. The lack of clear communication caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a long journey. We were unable to rest as planned and left feeling very disappointed. Greater transparency about policies would help future guests avoid the same situation.

There was no light

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff members were polite and helpful. I will stay here again if I go to Casablanca.

Very nice and clean

The 1 bedroom suite with balcony was a very desirable room . It was clean and great for a small family. One issue was the odor when you enter. The smell of wet dampness was present when you enter the room which was an unfortunate turnoff however after a while you forget about it.and open the sliding door and issue resolved.

Mouldly odour in the room coupled with actual mould in the shower and staff telling slurs at you thinking you wouldn't understand darija. Bad experience overall

Understaffed and untrained for some but great location and surprisingly good food at the rooftop

Condascenting front desk staff - which is normally the first person you meet or greet at the hotel and who technically represent the hotel. No A/C or ventilation in the lobby or any of the floors.

Beautiful hotel and amazing rooftop restaurant. Enjoyed our 4 nights, the hotel staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was clean and chic. 10/10

First of all the staff are incredible, they are all so so helpful. I was disappointed with the fact they don’t serve alcohol. After a 4 hour journey in the heat I was dreaming of an ice cold beer on arrival. There was a coffee machine in the room but no pods. I asked for pods but they were never delivered. I also asked for milk capsules but they don’t do them so it’s black coffee or black tea. The room was new and the electrics to sophisticated for their own good. Turn out the lights and you can’t watch TV. Spent 30 minutes trying to fathom it out but to no avail. All in all, perfect. It was the staff that made the hotel special.

Très bel hôtel situé dans un beau quartier de Casablanca. L'hôtel est neuf et les équipements de bonne qualité. Au moment de notre séjour, quelques éléments semblaient toujours être en rodage (par exemple, pas de hammam fonctionnel, le rooftop encore en finition, ou la nécessité de faire réactiver les cartes d'accès au chambre chaque jour pendant le séjour.
