Lovely hotel. Would be great if parking were discounted.

The best breakfast buffet Ever! The only problem was that Google maps didn't register the construction in area around the hotel.

This hotel fulfills many different needs for a traveller, whether for business or holiday. It's an easy walk to the train station, an easy walk across the river to the Opera House and other art activities and is near to many restaurants and a Coop grocery store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast, included with room, is also quite good. I did find the breakfast restaurant too dim and not quite my morning vibe. The staff were courteous about my taking my plate out into the main lobby where there was more light and the music not quite so loud. (it wasn't loud in the restaurant but it was noticeable in a way I didn't care for). The rooms (I had a superior balcony room) are spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping are incredibly friendly and very nice. I really do recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! We traveled all around Europe and this was by far the best place we stayed. The room was a combination of all the best of each hotel we stayed in. Balcony room with a sitting area and two headed rain shower with a double sink in the bathroom. Even better than the room was the staff. To many great interactions to list here, but everyone was equally helpful and kind. Spa was also a great experience!

Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Mitt i centrala Karlstad med närhet till det mesta. Underbar miljö vid hotellets restauranger och barer, riktigt bra mat och frukost. Top notch spaa! Total upplevelse som Rekommenderas!

Skön säng God frukost

Hotellet och dess restauranger var riktigt bra och vi trivdes verkligen. Spa-avdelningen var väldigt avslappnande och mysigt med precis rätt saker för vår smak. Det enda negativa var att det var snudd på omöjligt att hitta fram till hotellet på grund av omfattande ombyggnad av vägar mm runt hotellet.

Bor ofta på hotell och detta var en av dom bättre frukostbuffér jag stött på.

Rummen var fräscha och sängarna var sköna. Frukosten var toppen.
