Lovely hotel. Would be great if parking were discounted.

The best breakfast buffet Ever! The only problem was that Google maps didn't register the construction in area around the hotel.

This hotel fulfills many different needs for a traveller, whether for business or holiday. It's an easy walk to the train station, an easy walk across the river to the Opera House and other art activities and is near to many restaurants and a Coop grocery store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast, included with room, is also quite good. I did find the breakfast restaurant too dim and not quite my morning vibe. The staff were courteous about my taking my plate out into the main lobby where there was more light and the music not quite so loud. (it wasn't loud in the restaurant but it was noticeable in a way I didn't care for). The rooms (I had a superior balcony room) are spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping are incredibly friendly and very nice. I really do recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! We traveled all around Europe and this was by far the best place we stayed. The room was a combination of all the best of each hotel we stayed in. Balcony room with a sitting area and two headed rain shower with a double sink in the bathroom. Even better than the room was the staff. To many great interactions to list here, but everyone was equally helpful and kind. Spa was also a great experience!

Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Hotellet er meget bra. Rom 1301 var stort og komfortabelt. Fint bad med diverse gode produkter. Hyggelig frokost rom. (Litt travelt og fult da det var bortimot 30-35 fotballspillere samtidig med oss) Hyggelig utendørs servering. Eneste problem var Googles vei valg til hotellet som ligger i en gå gate, men fikk opplyst at gjester kunne kjøre å ta ut bagasjen. Kort vei til parkeringshus.

Toppen fint hotell med lyxig frukost och trevlig personal. Hann tyvärr inte med SPA denna gång.

Mysigt spa. Bra rum med tråkig utsikt mot innergården och lite för hård säng för min smak. Frukosten var fräsch med mycket gott, men äggröran och omeletten var en besvikelse. Trevlig personal överallt - reception, spa, frukost och städ.

Fint välventilatilerat och luftigt rum med skön säng. Fantastisk frukost! Spaanläggningen var kanon, inte jättestort men väldigt välplanerat.

trevlig bemötande i reception, gick ner på spa:t på em det var riktigt avkopplande +återigen supertrevlig personal, efter återhämtning på rummet så gick vi ner och åt på resturangen där vi inte bokat något bord men det var inga problem rätt så lungt med folk och vi åt råbiff till förätt och risotton till huvudrätt,,, jättegott + vi fick bra hjälp med val av vin till maten efter en god natts sömn så ner till en se frukost,,, lungt med folk jättefin frukostresturang + en superfrukost,,, trotts att vi var sena höll personalen inte på att plocka bort (vi var där i tid, ej efter stägning) så,, vi har haft en underbar vistelse,
