The bed was huge and very comfortable, the shower was hot and facilities were good. It was very good value for the rate. The location was great. I can't say it was spotlessly clean, just normal levels of clean. A few bits need some refreshing, and there was some noise transfer from other rooms but overall would stay here again. A good, affordable base in great location.

Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy walk from Finsbury Park tube for swift access to central London and mainline terminal stations on the Victoria Line, with plenty of food and drink options within a few minutes' walk.

Room spotless, a few minutes away from tube station ,a great location, would definitely stay again !

Great stay Easy, clean, Practical, comfortable

It was really nice and easy to check in. It’s also like 2 minutes away from the train station

The check in process was seamless and really well thought out. The location is ideal for hopping onto the underground as it’s only a couple of minutes walk away but without the annoying sounds of trains into the night. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding of lovely quality. We really appreciated the quality of the pillows too. The bathroom was beautiful, so clean and spacious; a real touch of luxury. Our only concern was the domestic going on upstairs all night. I’m not sure that there is any soundproofing between floors, so we were kept awake by the shouting, screaming and thumping as the argued.

Clean room and easy check in

This isn’t a hotel. It’s an HMO, AirBnB style place. No reception or staff on sight. We managed to get into the hall through a coded security lock, and the key was supposed to in a lockbox in the hall. There was no key in the lockbox. Despite trying to call the number listed as ‘reception‘ on the check in email (a mobile number) around 20 times, there was no answer. I tried the other 2 numbers listed on the check in email. No answer. Having visited London for a gig, and not having time to hang around trying to fix the situation, we the. Had to attend the gig with all of our luggage, and book a last minute hotel elsewhere at an increased rate. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s not a hotel.

Very noisy when other guest were in the hall way. Housekeeping was poor in replenishing items. We also had a very loud guest next door after midnight, and with no front desk, no one to contact. Pounding on the wall the next night was necessary to quiet them down

Rooms were spacious and clean. Self check in was very easy. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Stayed here for 2 days. Wasn't really clean there was hairs on the bed hairs behind the bathroom door and also under bed wasn't clean either also the chair is broken and tips to one side. Other than that the location was really good food and transport. But if you are leaving early then downstairs door is locked so need to bring your keys.

The room was very clean, check-in was so smooth. Our stay was splendid.
