Brilliant all round. Fantastic room and staff

Apartment was well appointed and in a great location. Staff were really helpful and allowed us to check in early.

Great location, rooms clean and modern

Location Location Location! Great location, especially for holidays. We were there for New Years and Epiphany. The main celebrations were literally right there or around the block. Staff was fantastic and always did an excellent job of housekeeping. A cute little apartment that has everything you need. Big bathroom and comfortable beds. They were very responsive to answering questions. WhatsApp is used. Lots of food choices outside the door steps. Has an elevator and free laundry. To fore warn you, the laundry does take a while. There is a quick cycle for washing but I think because it’s a combo washer dryer the dryer takes 3 hours and your clothes may still be damp. They do have a drying rack that you can use to finish the job or air dry your clothes. Will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time, the place was super clean, very modern and had everything we needed to relax and have fabulous time. Location is fantastic for exploring Alicante, it’s surrounded by an enormous amount of restaurants and cafes. Staff were really friendly and we were able to relax and go at our own pace. We would highly recommend!

Great apartment and location

Great safe building in the center of Alicante. Keyless entry. Very clean building (brand new) and very clean unit. The mattress was very comfortable. I would suggest adding a few hooks/shelves in the bathroom but other than that, it was perfect.

Superb hotel in perfect location, very central but quiet. Apartment was spacious and very nice, fabulous kitchen and lovely bed. Was looking at other hotels but so glad I chose this, guy on reception desk super nice and helpful, would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, spacious apartment in excellent condition and a super responsive customer service using Whatsapp. Air-conditioning was very good, shower spacious and laundry facilities were handy. Ceilings and walls are a little thin and so you hear people walking around and the 24 hour hallway music all the time, but this was more than bearable. The only main disappointment was a non-working dishwasher which I understand is a common issue in other apartments in the building. The fact that the host was not open about this and it took us using the dishwasher and flagging it for them to acknowledge it was a small blemish on an overall fantastic stay.

This is an absolute gem in Alicante. Clean, spacious room, great spot near everything. The front desk was very accommodating It made our first trip to Alicante very memorable. Thank you for everything, and we are already planning to come back next summer.

We really enjoyed our stay at RS Boutique Apartments. The whole experience was a safe, clean and pleasant holiday. The app to access the apartment and facilities worked perfectly and made life easy. The room was very well appointed with modern equipment with everything necessary for our stay. The area surrounding the apartments felt safe, was great for shopping, photography opportunities, dining out etc. We would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you to the staff that were so helpful with ordering taxis etc.

The bed were comfortable lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. The aircon. worked well. Maid service everyday was efficient and a nice surprise. The receptionist were very help and spoke enough English for us to communicate. There were some annoying discretions 1/ there were 4 cereal bowls but no large bowl to make a salad any items they provide was a welcome gift and you were expected to go out and purchase more if needed eg. 1 oz dish liquid for 6 days stay? The laundry is free but takes 3 hours and the instruction were mostly local shopping for not clear and only in Spanish we had to go on YouTube to finial figure it out. The central market is wonderful just local shopping. We cooked and ate all our meals at the apartment. Most of the restaurant food we saw on our walks did not appeal to us. Use the Tram system it is efficient cheap and easy to use we explored the costal area and surrounding are in the city by just riding the Tram.

Definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back !
