Very specious unit with all needed amenities. Located in a residential area, walkable to the center, close to public transport as well. Lots of food options nearby.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos. El apartamento ha destacado por su limpieza y su excelente gusto en decoración. Muy equipado, no ha faltado nada. Realmente no he tenido ninguna pega, hemos estado super cómodos y en una calle con poco tráfico pero a la misma vez céntrica. Cada vez que vaya a Sevilla pienso reservarla.

It’s in a very good location, 35 minutes walk from city centre. The host was super helpful as was the cleaning staff. We had two adjoining apartments which gave us a huge amount of space. The building is old and very noisy though, you can hear every time a neighbour opens a tap or flushes the toilet especially at night. The shower flooded the bathroom as the drainage is slow and the door did not seal properly. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC as they feel a little old and I would suggest bigger and thicker towels. But generally a good place to stay especially if travelling with children (in my case adult children) as you get a lot of space, a decent kitchen including washing machine and it’s good value.

Carmen the host is wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed and the cleaning staff was also extremely helpful with extra towels or other things we needed.

Great spot in nice neighborhood. Easy to walk to the grocery store or soccer stadium. Room has a nice size washing machine, and my room actually had two washing machines because it was the one that sleeps eight. AC worked great.

Nice and clean, well looked after and located well for a quick journey into the centre on the metro (or a pleasant walk)

The communication was helpfull! Its allright for staying easy here in Sevilla!
