Impressive facility with very friendly staff, great food and amenities.

The room was quite dated, which is fine, but the bathroom/shower had quite a bit of mold. Additionally, the spa pools and floor could have used a big clean. We were instructed to walk through the turkish spa in our own slides, which we had walked all over Madrid in, there was hair on the floor, and additionally mold/water stains on the water line of the pools. The massages were nice, but oddly you had to pay the additional 25 euro to use the spa pools after the massage, which is fine, but typically it is included and seems like it should have been.

Special place to visit

A nice property that with some tweaks could be really lovely. For instance there wasn’t a single vegetarian offering on the menu nor could we get a recommendation for a place to eat. Do four nights of driving around searching for food with little help from the hotel. We researched it and found an amazing place 10 minutes away which the staff at the desk knew about! So why didn’t they suggest it? A nice breakfast but flies were everywhere making us want to dine and dash. Wi-Fi almost didn’t ever work except at front desk. We were 3 people and received 2 tiny bottles of water upon arrival but no more. Fix these kinds of inconveniences and we’d consider returning so we can go back to the amazing vegetarian restaurant nearby!

Beautiful hotel in very nice setting

Ontbijt is duur. Spa is goed voor een uurtje. Sauna verdient een opfrissing. Verplichte badmuts is idiote regel die je niet hoeft toe te passen als je kort haar hebt maar wat is kort haar? In de franstalig info zijn vrouwen niet toegelaten in de SPA en in de engelstalige folder is het niet veel beter: daar zijn zwangere vrouwen en anderen niet toegelaten.

Décoration splendide, ethnique et de provenance de tous les continents! Le Spa est fantastique, les chambres très confortables et calmes dans un environnement magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et le restaurant de qualité.

Hotel muy bonito. El claustro y pasillos alrededor parece un museo de arte. A mejorar limpieza habitación (baño), mantenimiento habitación (enchufe descolgado) y no llamar al cliente a la habitación a las 18h para preguntar si necesita algo, cuando ha entrado a las 16h y puede estar echando la siesta después de una jornada intensa de visitas.
