The service was good. The behaviours of Staff was amazing.

When we stayed there were multiple people doing drugs in the rooms next to us and staying up till 6am yelling. BAD TIME.

Close to Metro and restaurants friendly staff , quiet 4.50 on metro from airport very direct

Didn’t get to hotel until 2am but staff in reception were friendly and helpful Room was perfect but there was a regular noisy water noise in the plumbing

Small room but clean with comfortable bed. We stayed in December and the major problem we faced was the low temperature inside the room due to an old balcony door.

Great hotel in Usera for the price you pay. New and staff are very friendly.

It was a good hotel near the subway, which was very convenient. However, the walls were very thin, and you could hear almost everything happening outside the door and in other rooms. But I recommend this hotel for quick visits to Madrid, like a weekend trip.

Alojamiento para descansar y continuar si tienes viaje largo con coche. Buena comunicación con salidas

The bedroom always smelled very bad (cigarette). The bedroom's phone didn't work. The reception was empty most of the time. I heard women screaming next to my room. Bad experience.
